We’ve moved from manual operation to Automated Sequencing. Using the mobile ecosystem, users can build and save custom "Recovery Flows." For example, a "Leg Day" program can be programmed to start with 30 seconds of low-intensity warm-up, ramp up to high-intensity deep tissue work for 2 minutes, and then finish with a gentle cool-down—all without the user touching a single button on the device.
